As the founder of ventures such as Ecube, Altair Education, and Argent Alliances, Arjun is recognised for his strategic foresight and extensive network across both public and private sectors globally. His impact on the UAE’s education landscape is significant, having led and delivered multiple greenfield and brownfield school projects from academic planning and regulatory approvals through to design, operations, and performance optimisation.
Arjun has successfully led school acquisitions, turnarounds, and exits, including the sale of The Aquila School and Smart Vision School to International Schools Partnership (ISP), reinforcing his track record in value creation and institutional growth. His expertise in education investment strategy, structuring, and execution has established him as a trusted advisor within the sector.
Prior to establishing Edvora, Arjun advised leading regional education groups including Atticus Education (UAE), Tamkeen Education (Oman), and CIRA (Egypt & KSA), supporting them on expansion strategy, acquisitions, and operational enhancement.

Khalid Sharaf is a senior UAE business leader with extensive experience across government strategy, business development, and strategic partnerships. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in high-impact national initiatives, including leadership and talent development programmes within the UAE Prime Minister’s Office, contributing to policy-aligned learning and capability-building efforts.
At Expo 2020 Dubai, Khalid led the Expo Business Programme, delivering 10 thematic and 3 global business forums and engaging chambers of commerce, investment funds, multinational corporates, and international stakeholders.
